After dismissal of the present appeal the respondent nos.1 to 5 were permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant with this Court along with accrued interest vide order dated 12.11.2014. 3.

By the present application, the respondent nos.1 to 5 pray that the amount be directed to be deposited in the account of respondent no.1, who holds power of attorney for the respondent nos.2 to 5. The respondent nos.1 to 5 are directed to appear personally before the learned Registrar (Judicial) who shall verify and confirm as to whether respondent nos.2 to 5 are agreeable for the remittance of amount in the account of respondent no.1 alone.
