This is an application made by the learned Advocate for the applicant for extension of period for completion of the arbitration proceedings. Initially, the period of 12 months expired on 26.03.2023. The period was extended by consent of the parties for six months. It is further seen that this Court vide order dated 21.07.2023 had extended the period by another six months. The proceedings has not been completed within extended period of six months. The period of six months expired on 26.02.2024. It is submitted that now the arbitration proceedings before the learned Arbitrator is fixed for final arguments.

In view of peculiar facts, two months extension is granted for completion of the arbitration proceedings by restoring the mandate of the arbitrator.
