The only prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent no.2Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner-Assistant Teacher.

Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous and the relief claimed would not affect the respondents, if granted, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the proposal of the petitioner, if not decided as yet, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Order accordingly. No costs.
