Pursuant to the order issued on 05.12.2022, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions, submits that the tribe claim of the Petitioner would be decided within a period of four months. In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner by 30th April, 2023. The services of the Petitioner shall stand protected till that date. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
