DATED : AUGUST 1, 2016 During pendency of this petition, directions issued by this Court on 25/7/2013 have been complied with. Request made by the petitioners has been rejected.

Adv. Gaikwad attempts to demonstrate that rejection is on apparently false and incorrect ground. In alternate, he invites attention to order dated 20/10/2015 passed in this contempt petition granting petitioners liberty to move fresh application. He submits that accordingly on 28/10/2015 fresh application has been made and it is still not decided. We do not find it necessary to delve into

2/3 this controversy. As directed by this Court, decision appears to have been taken on application of petitioners pending on 25/7/2013. Therefore, with liberty to petitioners to challenge that rejection in appropriate proceedings and also use pendency of fresh application moved by them on 28/10/2015 for their benefit, we dispose of the present contempt petition. No costs.
