The present petition is arising out of payment of arrears of rent. Now as the respondent has filed an undertaking along with a statement that respondent is agreed to pay entire arrears of rent upto May, 2023 along with interest @ 6% p.a. and 5% increase per year and GST @ 18%, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive in the present petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has acknowledged the receipt of Demand Draft as mentioned in the undertaking.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of in view of the terms of undertaking dated 27th June, 2023 filed by the respondent.

Needless to mention that this Court has not dealt with any of the issues involved, hence, all the points are kept open.

Further, learned Small Causes Court, Nagpur is directed to expedite the proceeding M.J.C. No. 31 of 2017 and decide the same within six months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of.
