DATE : 13-02-2025 The petitioner moved this application to permit him to amend the petition and add Shri. N. S. Ade, who was appointed in his place as respondent No. 5 in the petition. The learned Assistant Government Pleader formally objected to the said amendment.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the petition has yet to be admitted, we consider it proper to allow the amendment. Hence, the application is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within a week and supply a copy of the amended petition within a week thereafter.

Writ Petition No.3033/2020 Upon adding respondent No.5, issue a notice to him, returnable on 03-03-2025.
