Undisputedly, the appeal filed by the appellant has been dismissed. As a result, the claimant is entitled to receive the amount of compensation. The claimant in this application has claimed an amount of Rs.12,40,005/- for withdrawal. The office to find out whether the amount asked for is correct or not and thereafter shall permit the claimant to withdraw the said amount.

The civil application stands disposed of.
