Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In paragraph 2 of the judgment dated 27/09/2023 the word 'She' shall be replaced by the word 'He'.

The first sentence of paragraph 4 shall read as under : ' The learned Assistant Government Pleader opposed the petition stating that the caste certificates of cousins are invalidated.' 3.

In paragraph 7 the third line that reads as ' The validity certificates issued to the blood relatives of the petitioner are not considered' and the words 'and as there are validity certificates of blood relatives' occurring in the seventh and eighth lines shall be deleted. 4.

The judgment be corrected and re-uploaded accordingly. 5.

Civil Application is disposed of.
