It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that after the order dated 04/03/2021 was passed in this writ petition, the services of the petitioner Nos.2 and 5 have also been absorbed. As a result, services of all the petitioners now stand absorbed.

The petitioners, other than petitioner Nos.2 and 5 were permitted to make a representation with regard to claim for arrears of salary. Though the decision on the said representation was to be taken within a period of six weeks , the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that he has to receive instructions in that regard.

Be that as it may, since the services of the petitioner Nos.2 and 5 have already been absorbed they are also permitted to make such representation claiming arrears of salary. 4.
Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of by passing the following order :
(i) The respondent No.3 who was directed to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner Nos.1, 3,4,6 to 21 shall take such decision on their representation within further period of six weeks from today.
(ii) The petitioner Nos.2 and 5 are permitted to make a representation claiming arrears of salary on the lines of the representation made by the other petitioners. (iii) The respondent No.3 shall also decide that representation within a period of six weeks from receiving the same. (iv) The decision taken on the representation be communicated to the petitioners.
With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
