Heard.

The applicant is arrested on 8th April, 2018 in connection with Crime No.138/2018 registered against four accused, including the applicant, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Out of remaining three co-accused, two are sons of the applicant and the third one is nephew of applicant.

The charge-sheet is filed.

Considering the fact that the applicant is aged about 82 years and investigation is complete, following order is passed:

The applicant having been arrested in Connection with Crime No.138/2018 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing cash security of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) and two solvent

2 ba856.18 sureties for Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each. The applicant shall attend the trial on every date unless granted exemption by the Sessions Court. The cash security, which would be furnished by the applicant, shall be treated as muddemal property and the learned Sessions Judge shall pass appropriate orders regarding its disposal / disbursement at the conclusion of the trial.
