The applicant/petitioner seeks directions to allow him to settle and clear the outstanding dues under the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme. It is the petitioners contention that he has applied under OTS Scheme however, due to pendency of this writ petition, it has not been considered under the OTS Scheme.

It is clarified that pendency of this petition will not come in the way of considering the petitioner's application under the OTS Scheme.

The respondent are at liberty to decide the petitioner's application under the OTS Scheme as per the Terms, Policies and in accordance with law. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
