Heard Shri A.D. Sonak, A.G.P. for the petitioners - employer and Shri F.G. Isaac, Advocate for the respondent No.1 - employee.

The employer has challenged the interim order passed by the Industrial Court restraining the employer from terminating the services of the respondent No.1 - employee without following the due process of law. The interim order passed by the Industrial Court on 18th November, 2013 continues till date because of which the respondent No.1 continues in employment. The complaint filed by the respondent No.1 before the Industrial Court has progressed to an advanced stage and the learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 states that the evidence of employee has been recorded. In the above facts, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
