DATED : 5-12 -202 It appears that vide order dated 22-8-2023, learned Registrar passed the order granting 14 days time to the applicant to remove office objection by filing application for condonation of delay, failing which, it was ordered that the registration shall stand refused. The applicant failed to comply this order and, therefore, the revision has not been registered.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he will remove office objection/s within seven working days, if liberty is granted. At his request and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed subject to condition that the applicant shall remove all office objections within seven working days, failing which the order shall stand recalled and the present application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
