Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the FIR as well statements in the police papers. It is clear that the applicant who is the husband, has a major role in attempting to kill his wife for dowry demand.

An attempt of the part of the father of the applicant for getting anticipatory bail, failed vide an order dated 10th September, 2015 in A.B.A. No. 453/2015.

I do not find any substance in the instant Application. A.B.A. No.622/2015 is rejected. JUDGE sahare
