Heard Shri Naik, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. T. Khan, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The learned AGP submits that in similar matters, after recording statement that within six months Elections will be held, writ petitions have been disposed of. The attention has been invited to orders dated 03.12.2014 in Writ Petition No. 3781 of 2014 and other connected matters.

Shri Naik, learned counsel states that the Elections were due in 2013 itself.

In view of this statement made and in view of the above orders of this Court, we direct the respondents to conduct elections within three months from today.

With these directions and in terms of prayer clause (b), we partly allow the petition and dispose of the same. No costs.
