This is an application filed by the applicantsrespondent nos.1 and 2 for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellants-company.

Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 4.

Learned advocates for the appellants strongly opposed the application.

Considering the peculiar set of facts, it would be proper to allow this application partly. The application is allowed as under.

The Authority, before whom the amount is deposited, shall pay 50% amount to the applicants on usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security along with interest accrued thereon.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
