By this application, the applicant/appellant no. 2 seeks for early hearing of his appeal against conviction. The appellants has convicted by the Sessions Court vide judgment and order dated 29.11.2021. The appellant/applicant no.2 is in jail since 09.08.2019 i.e. for the period of more than three years.

The matter is fixed for final hearing on 21.02.2023.
