ORDER

(Passed on 30 th November , 2024 ) 1.

The appellant as well as Prashant Pachghare, Deputy Executive Engineer authorized by the respondent No.3 alongwith their respective counsels are present.

The parties have settled their dispute on the compromise terms mentioned in the Form "H". The contents of the compromise terms were read over to them in vernacular. The parties admit putting of their signature on the form "H", after understanding the contents of it. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms compromise terms mentioned in the form "H". The compromise decree be drawn accordingly. 4.

It is agreed by the parties that the decreetal amount alongwith the statutory benefits shall be deposited in the District Court, Yavatmal within six months from today.
