Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2) Shri Ghodeswar, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of sole respondent. 3) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the proposal for grant of approval for the post of 'Head Mistress' is pending before the respondent, therefore prayed for necessary direction to be issued.

4) Having considered the same, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent to decide the said proposal within a period of one month.

5) In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
