DATED : OCTOBER 9, 2018 This is an application filed by the appellant for permission to deposit the cheque of the decreetal amount. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that she has already deposited the amount and, in fact, the claimant has withdrawn 50% of the amount.

In that view of the matter, the present application has rendered redundant and disposed of insofar as deposit of the cheque is concerned. Insofar as the stay order is concerned, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment insofar as remaining 50% amount deposited by the appellant is concerned.

The application is disposed of.
