By this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction against the respondent no.1-Scrutiny Committee to decide the complaint filed by the petitioners against the respondent no.4 and consider whether the validity certificate was rightly granted in favour of the said respondent.
It is stated on behalf of the parties that the complaint of the petitioners was considered by the respondent no.1-Scrutiny Committee and there is a decision of the respondent no.1-Scrutiny Committee on the issue of the validity of the caste validity certificate granted in favour of the respondent no.4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
