Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. It is their case that their lands are not acquired. Accordingly, they have preferred representation which is at pages 49 and 50 of the petition.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No.3 - Authority to decide the representation dated 25.08.2025 submitted by the petitioners within ten weeks from today according to the provisions of the law. 3.
