The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the application praying for permission to implead Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee as respondent is not pressed. The civil application is dismissed as not pressed. WRIT PETITION NO.5621/2016 This writ petition is filed at Aurangabad Bench and is transferred to this Bench as per order dated 14th September, 2016. The respondents were served with notice of this petition when it was pending at Aurangabad Bench and they had participated in the proceedings. None appears for the respondent Nos.3 and 4.

As the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are aware that the writ petition is transferred to this Bench fresh notice

2 caw2606.16 is not required, however, the petitioner shall serve the private notice on the respondent Nos.3 and 4 and inform them about this order by speed post acknowledgment due and file the documents alongwith an affidavit on record pointing out the steps taken by him in the matter. List the petition for further consideration on 12th June, 2017.
