Prayer is to permit respondent no. 1 to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. It is stated that the respondent no. 1 is undergoing medical treatment and hence requires financial assistance.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that the Tribunal was not justified in granting compensation to the claimant.

caf3226.14 Considering the facts on record, the respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- subject to furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
