Since the appeal has been dismissed by this Court on 07/06/2007 and no steps regarding withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court have been taken by the appellant so far, it is obvious that the appellant had no objection in allowing this application.
The application is allowed. The amount deposited in this Court by the appellant is permitted to be withdrawn by respondent No.1, the original claimant, together with accrued interest thereon.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
