The present application is filed for condonation of delay which is caused in filing the restoration application. As the appeal is dismissed for non-removal of the office objections in view of the order of the Registrar (Judicial).

As per the contention of the appellants/ applicants, the conditional order was passed by the Registrar (Judicial) was not noted inadvertently. Therefore, delay of 45 days is caused.

The said application is strongly opposed by the learned advocate for respondent No.3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, there appears to be just and reasonable cause for the condonation of delay. Hence, the delay is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of.
