By this application, the appellants who are the parents of the deceased are seeking early hearing. 3.

As per the contention of the appellants they are old aged and not keeping good health. They are in need of money as they lost their son who was the only earning member in the family.

In view of that the application of early hearing is granted.

Place the matter for final hearing on 14/03/2023 at the end of admission board.

In the meantime, the appellant to supply the copy of paper book to the respondents.
