This application is filed by respondent no.5 for cancellation of order issuing bailable warrant against him.

Respondent No.5 is present in the Court. It is submitted by learned Counsel for respondent no.5 that bailable warrant is yet to be executed against respondent no.5. In that view of the matter and since respondent no.5 is present, order issuing bailable warrant against respondent no.5 is called back. The same stands cancelled.

Ms. Kalia, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that bailable warrant is ordered to be issued against respondent nos.3 and 4 also. However, bailable warrant is yet to be executed against them. She has placed on record affidavit of respondent no.4

1010can94.17 2/2 and further submitted that respondent nos.3 and 4 are present in the Court and, therefore, order issuing bailable warrant against respondent nos.3 and 4 be called back.

In the circumstances, order issuing bailable warrant against respondent nos.3 and 4 also stands cancelled.
