Dated : 3 rd March, 2015 The claim in the complaint before the Industrial Court was in respect of re-employment under Section 25H of the Industrial Disputes act, 1947. The contention was that there are posts lying vacant and, therefore, the complainant should be accommodated by providing re-employment. Unless there is evidence on record to establish that the employer has proposed to take into his employment any person, such a relief cannot be granted. There is neither any averment nor any averment. The petition is dismissed.
