DATED : 19-04-2017 Out of the matrimonial discord, the proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.23/2016 are initiated by the non-applicant/husband at Ambejogai in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division.
The transfer of the said petition is sought by the applicant/wife to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal.
The non-applicant though served, none appears. As the contentions thereof are not controverted, they are required to be accepted.
Considering the hardship faced by the applicant/wife, her convenience and in view of the catena of decisions of the Apex Court, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1) of the application. JUDGE adgokar
