After arguing the application for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. He seeks liberty to apply afresh if the trial does not commence in the near future. The application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty if the trial does not commence within three months from today. The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
