This petition takes exception to the order dated 31.07.2024 passed by the Family Court, Nagpur below Exhibit-18 in Petition No.A-1281/2021.

The operative part of the order impugned reads thus:

i] The respondent shall give access of minor daughter to petitioner on every 1st and 3rd Saturday in between 01.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Children Complex Family Court, Nagpur.

ii] The petitioner shall pay Rs.1,500/- (Rs. One Thousand Five Hundred only) toward transportation charges for respondent and minor for each visit.

The challenge in this Petition to the impugned order is to the extent of directing the present Petitioner to

wp6730.24.O.odt pay Rs.1500/- to Respondent towards transportation charges.

To comply with the impugned order and to bring the child to Children Complex at Family Court, Nagpur, the respondent will have to spend certain amount on transportation. It is not the case of the Petitioner that he is paying certain amount of maintenance to the Respondent. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.
