Undisputedly, the other grounds of challenges to the order impugned dated 27-11-2013 were not urged before this Court when Writ Petition No.354 of 2014 was decided on 13-3-2014. The petitioners cannot go on filing an application for review on the grounds, which were not urged or pressed before this Court. In the result, Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.19384 of 2014 is dismissed.
