Heard.

The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.228/2018 registered by the non-applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by brother of applicant's wife. The marriage was solemnized in 2006 and the couple is having four children. According to the complainant, his sister (applicant's wife) had been living with the complainant since about eight months prior to the lodging of the complaint.

The investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed on 19th July, 2018.

The prosecution has not been able to point out that further custody of applicant is required for

In the facts of the case, following order is passed:

The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.228/2018 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount. The application is allowed in the above terms.
