The Registrar (Judicial) shall disburse the amount deposited by the appellant along with the interest, to the respondent Nos.1 and 2, as per the Award. The disbursement shall be on furnishing of undertaking by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 that in case the appeal is allowed the respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall repay the amount to the appellant.
