Criminal Application (APPA) No.1108/2023 This is an application for suspension of sentence in an appeal filed against the conviction for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 186 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code. The accused has prayed for suspension of substantive sentence. The maximum Prity
2 / 2 12.apeal677.2023 substantive sentence is rigorous imprisonment for two years under Section 332 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati, after pronouncement of a judgment, was pleased to suspend the substantive sentence.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the fine amount on three counts has been deposited. In the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed. 4.
The substantive sentence is awarded on three counts, as above, shall remain suspended during pendency of the appeal.

The appellant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount. The bail shall be furnished before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge. 6.
The application stands disposed of.
