This is an application filed by the applicants for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of the second appeal. Heard Shri J.M. Gandhi, learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am satisfied that the delay needs to be condoned. Hence, the order.
