This petition takes exception to the interim order dated 04.10.2024 passed by the State Government in the appeal filed by respondent Nos.4 & 5 against the order dated 20.08.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act.

By the order impugned, the State Government has stayed the order passed by the Additional Commissioner.

I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the interim order.

The State Government shall endeavour to decide the appeal filed by the respondent Nos.4 & 5 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
