Heard.

In Crime No.70/2012, registered with Police Station Civil Lines, Akola, the applicant is seeking his enlargement on bail. The applicant was arrested on 05/03/2012 and since then he is in jail as an under trial prisoner.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the police machinery has made all efforts and has been making efforts with the Bangladesh Embassy, but there is no response. She further submits that the efforts would be continued.

In that view of the matter, in view of the slack response from the Bangladesh Embassy or its Government in the matter, I do not think that the applicant should be detained in jail further for an indefinite period. That being so, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

1. Criminal Application [BA] No.886 of 2015 is allowed.

2. Applicant-Shrikrushna Vasudev Bhakare be released on bail in connection with Crime No.70/2012, registered with Police Station Civil Lines, Akola on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
