.....
CORAM : ANIL L. PANSARE, J.
FEBRUARY 3, 2025 Having heard for some time, it appears that order dated 11/3/2022 passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Chandrapur, in STC Appeal No. 26/2017, is being complied with. The salary bills submitted by the Management have been cleared and sanctioned by respondent no.7 - Education Officer. It further appears that pension case of the petitioner is forwarded by respondent no.7 to the appropriate authority, i.e., the Accountant General, Nagpur, for approval. A pursis to that effect is tendered across the bar. Taken on record.
2] It cannot be, therefore, said that the respondents have committed willful disobedience of the order.
3] The petitioner's Counsel submits that salary of two months has been not included. He seeks liberty to avail appropriate remedy, if salary of two months, i.e., May - 2022 and June - 2022 is not paid to the petitioner. Granted.
52-CP-299-2024 4] With the above observations, since there appears no willful disobedience of the order of the School Tribunal, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No order as to costs. (ANIL L. PANSARE, J.) Sumit
