After pronouncement of the judgment, a prayer was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to stay to the judgment pronounced today for a period of six weeks. 2.

Considering that the respondent has been pursuing her right to get maintenance since the year 2010 and has been granted only Rs. 4,000/- towards maintenance, I am not inclined to grant a stay to the judgment and order pronounced. In view of that, prayer is rejected. (M.M. NERLIKAR, J) rkn
