Appeal filed by Union of India came to be dismissed on 06.08.2019. The appellant was directed to pay Rs.8,00,000/- to respondent nos. 1 and 2. The appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.4,14,498/-. Out of which, respondent nos. 1 and 2 has withdrawn an amount of Rs.2,07,249/- on 24.02.2011.

Looking to the grounds mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Balance amount be paid to respondent nos. 1 and 2 in equal share alongwith accrued interest, if any.
