IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR CRIMINAL APPLICATION (BA) NO. 1169/2025 Shriram s/o. Sitaram Solanke Vs. State of Maharashtra ................................................................................................................................... Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's order or directions and Registrar's orders ................................................................................................................................................... Mr. A. S. Londhe, Advocate for Applicant.
Ms T. H. Udeshi, A.P.P. for Non-applicant/State. CORAM :
MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J.
DATED :
17.11.2025 1.
The applicant has filed this second bail application as the earlier bail application was withdrawn by the applicant with liberty to file afresh after filing of C.A. report. The applicant has filed written notes of argument on record.
2.
The learned A.P.P. has drawn my attention to the written notes of argument stating that though the trial is initiated, a C.A. report is not filed. On the basis of said ground, the applicant has filed the application for grant of parity as two co-accused are already released on bail. In earlier application, the said ground is already considered and after this Court has shown its disinclination, he has withdrawn the application.
3.
Though the trial is initiated, C.A. report is not filed, and therefore, the trial is stalled.
4.
The Investigating Officer to file C.A. report. 5.
The application stands disposed of as not maintainable.
