Heard learned counsel Ms Akshaya Kshirsagar for the applicant/respondent, who has moved this application for grant of urgent hearing of the second appeal, and learned counsel Shri S.A. Sahu for the appellants.

Learned counsel Ms Akshaya Kshirsagar for the applicant/respondent submits that the applicant/respondent is 65 years of age. Only on that ground, early hearing of the second appeal is pressed for.
