Heard learned counsel Ms Akshaya Kshirsagar for the applicant/respondent, who has moved this application for grant of urgent hearing of the second appeal, and Advocate Shri Agrawal h/f learned counsel Shri P.B. Patil for the appellants.

Learned counsel Ms Akshaya Kshirsagar for the applicant/respondent submits that the applicant/respondent is 65 years of age. Only on that ground, early hearing of the second appeal is pressed for.
