Heard.

The appellant, who is original complainant instituted ten proceedings under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The accused is acquitted in all the ten prosecutions. In the present appeal, the judgment and order impugned in one of the ten proceedings to wit Criminal Case 4936 of 2014 is assailed. The complainant and the accused have settled their inter-se dispute in all the ten appeals. Compromise Terms which are recorded on 15.1.2018 (in Cri. Appeal 454 of 2016), are signed by both the appellant Dr. Tikamdas Tahilani and the respondent Shri. Mukesh Bhawanani. The learned counsels Shri Sahil Dewani and Shri S.B. Chanchlani have identified their respective clients who are

The Compromise Terms dated 15.1.2018 are taken on record and marked Exhibit A for identification in Criminal Appeal 454 of 2016.

In view of the amicable settlement in all the the disputes, the appeal (not on today's board) is disposed of in terms of the Compromise Terms between the parties (Exhibit 'A').
