By this writ petition the petitioner who was serving on the post of Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife has sought grant of benefit of time bound promotional pay-scale from 2002 and thereafter on completion of twenty four years from 2014.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 has filed pursis dated 28/09/2022 stating therein that on 28/05/2020 the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli has passed an order granting benefit of time bound promotional pay-scale to the petitioner initially from 13/09/2002 and thereafter from 13/09/2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The Writ Petition is thus disposed of. No costs.
