2] The petitioner who was employed as Auxiliary Nurse Midwife with Zilla Parishad, Akola claims entitlement to the second time bound promotion benefit having received the first benefit after completion of twelve years of service. Since the petitioner did not receive this benefit, she approached the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola by filing representations dated 23/12/2020 and 4/7/2022.

3] Since the aforesaid representations are still pending, the Writ Petition is disposed of by passing the following order :

ORDER

The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola to consider the representations dated 23/12/2020 and 4/7/2022 in accordance with law. The petitioner shall serve copy of this order on respondent no.2. After receiving the said order, a decision on the representations be taken within a period of six weeks.
