As per the order passed in the morning session, today the learned Registrar (Judicial) has recorded the statements of the petitioner No.1, petitioner No.2, petitioner No.3 and the respondent No.1. The statements signed by the respective parties are placed on record.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 submit that the parties have agreed for the settlement, copy of which is placed on record styled as "Joint Compromise Pursis" dated 11th February 2019.

The learned advocate for the petitioners states that in view of the settlement between the parties, the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the petition. The petition is disposed as withdrawn. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
